  • 「Diphenhydramine Compound Linctus」的主要成份是
  • Diphenhydramine(苯海拉明)及
  • Ammonium chloride(氯化銨)，
  • 而因應不同藥厰而可能加有第三隻成份sodium citrate(檸檬酸鈉)。
  • Diphenhydramine(苯海拉明)是鎮咳藥物，而Ammonium chloride(氯化銨)是祛痰藥。兩者的藥效相反，不應同時使用；在使用後，小朋友可能會昏昏欲睡及口乾。家長應小心留意小朋友的反應及讓小朋友多喝水。到你的小朋友一歲大，可以嘗試用暖水開蜜糖檸檬水舒緩咳嗽。
