iTune limitation on 5 computer
iTunes limits you to associate an account to a maximum of 5 computers. If you have installed iTunes on 5 computers, you will then run out of the available limit.
To reset the limit, you can de-authorize iTunes on other computer. If your other computers are not accessible (e.g. dead computer), you can still use "De-Authorize All" function to reset the limit. For details, refer to Apple Doc:

PS. You are allowed to run "De-Authorize All" only once per year. Therefore, if you have not really reached the 5 computers limit, don't use the "De-authorize all" function.
